Matroid and Eagle Eye Networks Announce Partnership to Provide Matroid’s Advanced AI Analytics on Eagle Eye Cloud VMS

PALO ALTO, CA – Eagle Eye Networks, the global leader of cloud video security, today announced a collaboration with Matroid, an internationally recognized leader in machine learning computer vision to integrate Matroid’s Detectors onto the Eagle Eye Video API Platform. Eagle Eye customers will be able to seamlessly deploy Matroid’s Certified or Custom Detectors to identify a person, vehicle, or any object of interest without having to install any additional hardware.

With just a few clicks customers can deploy advanced AI Detectors on any Eagle Eye Cloud VMS Camera. Detectors can be trained to detect and recognize a wide array of objects and behaviors including vehicles (types, models, colors), activities (running, walking, standing), objects (bikes, bags, luggage), emotions (happy, sad, angry), animals and much more. The integration will provide real-time notifications of Detections as well as the ability to search existing video.

With this integration, customers can utilize Matroid’s search and analytics for the detection of objects on any Eagle Eye Cloud VMS Camera. Behavioral and AI analytics help business owners move beyond traditional monitoring to proactively identify threats and minimizing risks before they escalate.
